Legal
Last updated: January 1, 2025. Nothing has changed since.
This is the most straightforward privacy policy you will ever read. We collect almost nothing about you. This is not a coincidence. It is the product.
When you pay for Nullbase, Stripe processes your payment. We receive confirmation that a transaction occurred and the amount. That's it.
We do not collect your name. We do not collect your email address. We do not collect your usage data, because there is no usage to collect. You paid. You received nothing. You left.
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe is a reputable company that takes your financial data seriously. We chose them because we didn't want to handle your card number either. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use no other third-party services. No analytics platform. No CRM. No marketing automation. No retargeting pixels. Nothing is tracking you here. That would require us to care about what you do after you leave, which we don't, in the most respectful possible way.
We do not use cookies. There is nothing to remember about you. If your browser stores anything from this visit, that is your browser's decision and frankly its own business.
Under GDPR and similar legislation, you have rights over your personal data. Since we hold almost none, exercising these rights should be a very smooth experience for everyone involved.
You have the right to access your data. Your data is: nothing. You're welcome.
You have the right to deletion. We will delete your data. Done. It was nothing. It is now less than nothing.
You have the right to portability. We can export your data to any format you prefer. The file will be empty.
We retain your data for as long as legally required and not one second longer. Stripe retains payment records as required by financial regulations. We retain our knowledge that a transaction occurred for approximately as long as it takes us to forget about it.
Nullbase is not intended for children under 13. Not because the product is inappropriate — nothing is appropriate for all ages — but because children should not be spending $2/month on nothing. They will get nothing for free eventually. Let them enjoy it while it lasts.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. We will not email you about it because we don't have your email. You will have to check back. You won't.
We respect your concerns. We will read your email. Eventually.
